Kensa has launched a major update to its warranty offering for all

With more manufacturers offering comprehensive warranties that include parts and labour, Kensa’s new warranty ensures customers receive clearer protection throughout the lifecycle of their heat pump.
A simpler, stronger warranty
From February 2026, Kensa heat pump customers can choose the level of cover that best suits their installation and long-term needs:
- Free 1-year out-the-box warranty: Cover starts from shipment.
- Free 4-year standard warranty: Cover starts from commissioning, with simple registration required within 30 days of commissioning.
- 8-year extended warranty: Available for £480 (more if cascaded) when purchased at point of sale, offering long-term reassurance. Cover starts from commissioning, with simple registration required within 30 days commissioning.
