With more manufacturers offering comprehensive warranties that include parts and labour, Kensa’s new warranty ensures customers receive clearer protection throughout the lifecycle of their heat pump.

A simpler, stronger warranty

From February 2026, Kensa heat pump customers can choose the level of cover that best suits their installation and long-term needs:

  • Free 1-year out-the-box warranty: Cover starts from shipment.
  • Free 4-year standard warranty: Cover starts from commissioning, with simple registration required within 30 days of commissioning.
  • 8-year extended warranty: Available for £480 (more if cascaded) when purchased at point of sale, offering long-term reassurance. Cover starts from commissioning, with simple registration required within 30 days commissioning.

These warranties apply to UK installations carried out by a For installersInstallersKensa‑approved, MCS‑certified, or otherwise competent installers.
