We work closely with our Partners, keeping them informed about the latest technical advancements and supporting them in delivering top-quality installations and exceptional customer experiences.

Becoming a Kensa partner couldn't be easier
Join us on a simply journey to becoming a ground source heat pump installer
- Step 01.
Submit your details to become a Kensa Partner.
- Step 02.
If you have your plumbing and heating qualifications you will be placed on our ground level training which provides the basics on installation and understanding of which projects are suitable for a ground source heat pump solution.
- Step 03.
When you have a suitable project, Kensa's installer team will guide you through your first project. You can even use Kensa's MCS Umbrella Scheme to make sure your project is accredited.
- Step 04.
On completion of your first project, you will become a Kensa Partner, receiving benefits such as project leads, extended warranties, loyalty program, product discounts, free training, and unrivalled technical support.
Kensa staff are helpful and friendly, and they invest time in supporting their installer partners through advice and training. No other manufacturers I know of give detailed support with system design and sizing for any installer at any level – Kensa is unique in that respect.
