Installation

The Shoebox series is Connect & Notify-approved on the Energy Network Association’s (ENA) heat pump database, saving time and money for consumers. In most circumstances, approval also protects householders and housing associations from having to pay for an electricity upgrade.

Option 1

Slinkies

Buried in trenches at depths of 1.2m, slinky pipes (also known as slinkies) and straight pipes are a common form of ground array.
Option 2

Borehole

Ground source heat pump boreholes are vertical ground arrays or collectors used to extract heat energy from rock to a ground source heat pump.
Option 3

Pond Mats

Kensa pond mats are specifically designed to ease installation while maximising the energy absorbed from the water.
