Every Kensa heat pump is supported by a simple and reliable warranty designed to give you confidence long after installation. Choose the level of cover that best suits your installation and long‑term needs.
Three simple options, parts and labour included:
- A free 1-Year Out-of-the-box Warranty, valid from shipment
- A free 4-Year Standard Warranty, commissioning and registration required
- A paid 8-Year Extended Warranty, commissioning and registration required
All options include parts and a fixed labour contribution depending on the heat pump and part. If something goes wrong, we’ll help diagnose the issue and provide the replacement part with a simple process for claiming a contribution towards labour costs.
