6. Kensa’s CEO Commitment to Health, and Safety

People matter to me more than anything else. So, there is nothing more important to me than looking after the health, safety, and wellbeing of everyone in Kensa, our supply chain partners, and the communities we serve and operate in. This applies in all ou r activities and every surrounding, without exception. Whether we’re drilling on a site, manufacturing heat pumps in Truro, project managing a network, working in our offices, installing our systems in homes, and businesses, travelling in vehicles or on public transport, we must always take care of ourselves, our colleagues, customers, and the communities we operate in. We, in Kensa want to make sure that everyone gets home safely every day. This is, without exception, the number one priority of Kensa.

It’s important to take a moment, and pause, ask questions, and constantly think about our health, safety, and wellbeing.

So, before you do anything, stop, take a moment, and think about the risks of what you are about to do, encourage our partners, installers, drillers, and others that we work with, to adopt this approach. Ask yourself, and encourage them, to reflect on how these risks can be managed and controlled, and if they can don’t do the task.

Kensa ’s approach to prioritising health, safety, and wellbeing means that you have my authority to stop activities where there are unacceptable risks.

Together we will keep everyone safe, and healthy, every single day.
